HabitArt Terms of Use

Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms describe the use of HabitArt, an iOS application for tracking personal rituals and turning recorded progress into visual mosaics.

HabitArt is provided by ROBERT KOSTRZEWA - KOSTRZEWADESIGN.COM, a sole trader established in Poland.

Business address: ul. Stefana Okrzei 109, 55-080 Kąty Wrocławskie, Poland

Tax identification number: PL8961456432

The licence to the iOS application is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement:

These Terms supplement that licence and do not restrict any mandatory consumer rights.

2. Using HabitArt

HabitArt allows you to create rituals, record progress and personalise visual representations of your activity. No HabitArt account is required.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for using the application lawfully. Do not use HabitArt to infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the application or bypass access restrictions.

HabitArt is a personal organisation and reflection tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not guarantee any particular health, wellbeing or productivity outcome.

3. Free access and Premium

HabitArt offers a free version with limits on active rituals and access to selected colour palettes. The applicable limits and Premium features are described in the application before purchase.

Where available, HabitArt Premium can be purchased through a monthly subscription, an annual subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Each option provides the Premium features identified in the purchase screen.

No free trial is included unless one is expressly offered in the App Store purchase screen.

Features described as coming soon are not included as available functionality until released.

4. Prices and payments

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The price, currency, billing period and applicable purchase conditions are displayed before you confirm payment.

The price shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation applies. We do not receive your full payment card details.

5. Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account subscription settings before renewal.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone’s Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions. Deleting HabitArt does not cancel a subscription.

After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to Apple’s rules and any applicable refund.

6. Lifetime purchases

Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks the Premium entitlement without recurring subscription charges for as long as HabitArt is provided and supported.

It is not a promise that the application will be maintained indefinitely or that all future separate products or services will be included. This does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Purchasing Lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. If you switch from a subscription to Lifetime, cancel the subscription separately through Apple to avoid further renewals.

7. Restoring purchases and expired access

Use Restore purchases in HabitArt to recover an eligible purchase using the Apple Account associated with that purchase. Restoring purchases does not itself restore your ritual history; restoring app data requires a suitable backup.

When a subscription expires, the application may limit further use of Premium features. Expiration does not itself delete your recorded ritual history or completed mosaics. The application will explain any choices needed to continue within the free limits.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

Refund requests for App Store purchases can be submitted through:

Eligibility and processing are subject to Apple’s applicable rules and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content or services.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, any exception or loss of that right for immediately supplied digital content is subject to the legally required consent and acknowledgement. These Terms alone do not waive that right.

9. Your data and backups

Ritual information and recorded progress are stored locally on your device. Where available and enabled, backup features allow you to save copies to your iCloud Drive or export a file to a location you choose.

A backup is a snapshot, not live synchronisation between devices. Its availability depends on successful creation, storage access and the relevant service.

Restoring a backup replaces the current app data as explained in the confirmation screen. Keep an appropriate backup before replacing data, changing devices or deleting the application.

Do not assume that deleting the application also removes files previously exported or saved to iCloud Drive.

10. Your content and our intellectual property

You retain any rights you hold in the information you enter. You may save and share mosaics generated through normal use of HabitArt for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any third-party rights in content you add.

HabitArt’s software, branding, illustrations, interface and underlying design assets remain the property of their respective owners. Permission to share a generated mosaic does not grant permission to redistribute the application or extract and resell its design assets.

11. Availability, updates and responsibility

We may release updates, fix issues and develop features over time. Availability may be affected by device compatibility, operating system changes, Apple services or events outside our reasonable control.

We will comply with applicable obligations concerning paid digital content, conformity and required updates. If a material change affects paid access, we will provide information and any remedies required by law.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising from intentional misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory consumer protections.

12. Support and complaints

For support or a complaint, contact robert@designmorphic.com. Please describe the issue and include relevant app and device information. Do not include payment card details or unnecessary sensitive ritual information.

We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and within any period required by applicable law.

13. Governing law

These supplementary Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their usual place of residence. The governing-law provisions of Apple’s Standard EULA apply to that licence.

Nothing in these Terms requires consumers to bring claims exclusively before courts in Poland where applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Changes and privacy

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the application, purchase options or legal requirements. The latest revision date appears above. Material changes will be communicated where required by law; an update does not retrospectively remove rights already acquired.
